The youth club has an emergency mobile phone for use during sessions. The phone will only
be used during sessions. If you have an emergency and need to contact the Lead Volunteer
at a session please call: 07568 794371.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN CLUB
We have set-up Kington Youth Hub CiC to run Kington Youth Club and worked hard to establish all our essential policies and procedures.
The Club is being run by DBS checked volunteers who will receive the appropriate training to ensure the Youth Club stays a fun and exciting place for the youth of Kington, and surrounding areas, to come to. We need to grow to the point where the young people feel like some kind of group who can begin to make it their own.
We anticipate that the children will then be deciding what they would like to do and see there and take ownership of the youth club and provide us with guidance on what happens there.
We are grateful to Kington Baptist Church for the use of the fantastic Old School Room. Enter through the side gate to the left of the Baptist Church on Bridge Street; come along to the end of the alleyway and up the stairs on the left to the Youth Club space.
We look forward to collaborating with the Open Arms Kington – Youth Project, at the former Oxford Arms.
